Please remember we are an on-site grilling BBQ caterer. We come to your location and grill all food on-site. Discount available for drop-off catering.  

Dinners

 - Classic Cajun Gator Roast**  $50.00 new to the menu

        Smoked, whole gator plus a low country boil which includes potatoes, corn, mushrooms, shrimp, mussels, craw fish and andouille sausage. **minimum of 75 guests. Cooked on-site.

 - Pig Roast $23.50**  popular choice

        Roasted Pig, two sides, salad, buns, condiments (BBQ sauce)  **minimum of 75 guests. Cooked                   on site.   

- Ribs & Chicken $21.50 (our most popular)
       1/3 slab of our fall of the bone tender BBQ ribs, a bnls/sknls chicken breast, tossed salad, Roll &     Butter , and  your choice of 2 sides.

- Full Slab Rib Dinner $31.50
       A full slab of tender BBQ pork ribs with tossed salad, roll & butter, and your choice of 2 sides.

- 1/2 Slab Rib Dinner $21.50
       1/2 slab of tender BBQ pork ribs with tossed, roll & butter, and your choice of 2 sides.

- NY Strip Steak Dinner $33.50
        USDA Choice aged NY strip steak grilled to perfection with a tossed salad, roll & butter,
           and your choice of 2 sides.

- Low Country Boil  $22.50                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Down home cookin includes potatoes, corn, mushrooms, shrimp, mussels, craw fish, and andouille sausage
